Word

I had a word tonight.

And I gave it.

Laid it down.

Said some things that needed to be said -

not only for others, but for myself.

I couldn’t leave Hong Kong

without putting some of those thoughts out there.

I hope

and pray

that it did justice to this generation

which is called to be

a new kind of humanity:

healed

real

salt

light.

If you lose your saltiness…

If you settle for some sub-version…

The world will miss out on the goodness, beauty, and liberation of God.

So go, resound.

Be filled, echo.
